At moment for pass time until Aion comes out, I been playing rakion.  Actually i been playing for about 1yr now, ever since babo stormy mention it to me.  Its mainly pvp.  You can do stages to lvl up your character, but I dont do it.  You can be archer, warrior, blacksmith, ninja or mage.  Blacksmith are tanks, Warrior are in between, Ninjas are fast but very little damage, Archers are range, and Mages are mages :/.
