Hello, this is Dev Mari
We are gratefull to all the players who participated in the test.
The Aion Development Team will be answering the frequently asked question submitted during the test.

Question: The camera controls seems a bit sluggish (mouse). Is it possible to add an option to modify the sensitivity?
Dev: We think there are two main reasons for problems relating to mouse response.
First, the optimization process isnt yet complete and this may cause a bit of problem depending on your computer specs. This is being worked on.
Second, it may be due to personal preference. We’re considering whether to add an option to change the mouse sensitivity. We’re also planning on adding many options to allow players to customize the controls according to there preference.

Question: The “map” window seems too big. Wouldn’t it be better to make the map resizeable so we can play with the map minimized?
Dev: We’re working on various options for this. We’ll make it so it’s easy and convenient for the players to confirm there location.
Question: The only indicator that a target is selected is that little circle below the target, making it difficult to determine whether the target is selected or not. Could you make it more visible?
Dev: We’re planning to get this fixed.

Question: The looting system’s nice, but having to press shift every time I want to auto loot seems inconvenient. Could you guys add a way to auto loot more easily?
Dev: We’re considering adding more options. We’ll make sure the game is played more conveniently.
Question: I like how the Elysium is vast and beautiful, but every time I want to purchase something or use the bank, its immense size becomes kind of troublesome. Is there a way to relieve this problem?
Dev: We’re planning to elaborate. The city guide is not yet complete. We’re considering adding NPCs and quest to help players get around within the city. We’ll do what’s best for the game.

Question: It’s too hard to get gathering levels up in the beginning, especially the quest that makes you gather one. Is this going to be left alone?
Dev: No. We’re planning to work on the difficulty of gathering materials. We’ll make sure to look into this issue and make it more enjoyable for players.
Question: There’s no way to tell effective range of spells for mages. Shouldn’t it tell you in the skill tool tip?
Dev: Yes, we’re still working on it.

Question: Character customization is good as it is now, but I think it could use a little more diversity. Is this all that will be available for the character customization?
Dev: No. There is only a minimum amount of customization available for the beta version. Later on, players will be able to customzie body of size and many other features as well.
Question: I didnt know anything about combos or anything about the game when I first started. Isn’t there a tutorial of some sort?
Dev: We’re planning to add it in the future.
Question: Please make the chat commands available in Korean as well.
Dev: Yes, we we’re planning on adding them. We’re planning to add more info regarding in-game chat function on the website. It will be available in-game too, of course.

Question: Strafing around in game seems to contribute to the chance of evasion. Is there something you’re hiding from us?
Dev: We didn’t officially release any info on this, but it is possible to alter the result of combat by maneuvering the character.
